Human Liver Snap-frozen Tissue from Samsara is collected from viable human liver, snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored in cryovials at -80°C. Snap-frozen tissue is ideal for DNA, RNA and protein isolation and analysis. Comprehensive donor history report includes relevant medical history and board-certified pathologist assessment of NAFLD activity score (NAS) and Batts-Ludwig fibrosis score. All livers come from consented donors and test negative for HIV I/II, HBV, HCV and Syphilis prior to acceptance.

SIZE (approximate):   0.5 g tissue per vial.  Note: vial contains multiple tissue pieces measuring up to 5 mm2 each
